List Actions
List the saved actions in your organization (the ones you can run): id, name, action_key, status, run mode, and enabled flag. Use an id with run_action or get_action. Organization-wide; requires owner/admin.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
Organization API Token (prefixed sk_) sent as Authorization: Bearer sk_.... Create one in Settings and grant it scopes. Server-side only.
